Or there is plenty of time where you can hang on the beach and take a nap in the sun.Another great adventure awaits just look around and you might find a great cliff jumping spot. Don't forget to bring your mountain bike great trails to rally, and if you’re not excited for that sort of exercise bring along the 4-wheeler, all we ask is bring a helmet. We will be camping at Wagner's Store $15 a night. No hook ups, no running water, but there is an out house. Enjoy the great outdoors...the lake is your bath!

Mammoth Pool Reservoir is located on the San Joaquin River and lies within both Madera and Fresno Counties. The lake which is 90 miles northeast of Fresno, is about 5 miles long and up to 1/2 mile wide.

From Fresno take Hwy 41 north to Road 200. Turn right and travel east to North Fork. Continue through North Fork on the Minarets Road (Forest Road 81) for 37 miles to the Mammoth Pool Road, turn right, travel 4 miles to the campground.
